In addition to rewarding career opportunities, employees enjoy excellent benefits packages. The College encourages promotions and transfers from within, whenever appropriately qualified employees are available and interested.
Students are also encouraged to apply for opportunities within our student Student Employment Program, designed to provide students with on-campus employment while attending Whittier College. Students gain valuable work experience, which can prepare them for future employment.

Student Employment Opportunities
All applicants must be aware that Whittier College has a COVID-19 Vaccination Policy in place. Effective July 1, 2021, all individuals accessing campus such as students, employees, contracted workers, and volunteers must be vaccinated against COVID-19, or complete and submit the declination form.
Newly hired employees must show proof of vaccination or must submit the declination form (Medical or Religious reasons only) within 45 days of their start date.
Employees who receive an exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine requirement must participate in the COVID-19 testing program, remain masked indoors when a safe distance cannot be maintained, and complete a remote health screening on a daily basis.
Failure to comply with the College vaccination mandates by the specified deadlines may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of your employment.
We value the safety of all members of the Whittier community. The Whittier College Annual Security and Fire Safety Report can be viewed online here.
