Wardman Library provides computer clusters with scanning, printing, and photocopying include several large-screen Macs that can be used for digital audio and video editing and viewing. Group study rooms are media-enabled. For laptop users,WiFi throughout the building allows for wireless connectivity.
Currently the collection totals over 200,000 print volumes, with over 300 print journal subscriptions and access to 17,000+ electronic subscriptions and over 190,000 eBooks. Circulation, reference, and interlibrary loan services are available to all members of the Whittier College community. The Library is also a member of LINK+, an interlibrary loan system that allows for resource sharing with dozens of local peer institution libraries. The Special Collections and Archives curates a wide assortment of historical materials related to the College's history, the history of the City of Whittier, Quakerism and abolition, photographs and autograph letters by John Greenleaf Whittier, papers of and about Jessamyn West, and a large collection of Richard M. Nixon historical materials.
