Our staff is experienced in the production of brochures, programs, and other promotional materials, and can provide assistance in content development, proofing, and design review, as well as guidance in working with print and design vendors, budgeting, and the print production process.
From drafting media advisories and press releases, to aiding in the development of editorials and letters to the editor, story pitching, media coaching, and proactively recommending faculty as expert commentary or background resources for journalists, our staff is ready to support you in building relationships with the media.
Recommendations and guidance available for event support, from campus to media communication and procedures. Please note, not all events require similar promotional methods; recommendations will be given on a case-by-case basis. A press release "how-to" document is also available for interested students.
The office works with a number of professional photographers available for reasonable hourly rates, and we are happy to coordinate any photography needs.
