As a courtesy to other students, please note that a $20 no-show/no-call fee will be added to your student account if you fail to cancel your appointment with a provider at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time.
In addition to the clinic hours, students have access to The Virtual Care Group (VCG) which offers medical and counseling services. Students may sign up for a free account while enrolled at Whittier College. VCG is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Monday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Closed for lunch Monday - Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Summer hours for June and July vary.
The Health & Wellness Center is staffed by front office staff, full-time nursing staff, and nurse practitioners.
