For personal or library copies of books, DVDs, and similar physical items to be put on reserve at the Circulation Desk.

Please complete and submit this form to request books or DVDs to be added to the Library's course reserves. If you'd like to place personal copies of books or DVDs on reserve, please bring your items to the Circulation Desk and request to speak to a staff member.
