Library Fine Appeal Form

A fine appeal may be submitted for overdue charges on items checked out to you, and/or blocked Library privileges due to overdue charges.

Fine appeals will only be accepted within 60 calendar days from the date the items were due.

You will receive a response within two weeks of receipt of fine appeal form. The decision will be at the discretion of the Library.
