Incoming & Outgoing Mail

Breadcrumb

All College mail, including student mail, is received and processed by the Mail & Print Center, Monday through Friday.

Incoming Mail

  • Mail is not delivered to any of the residence halls.
  • Students will be notified by the Mail & Print Center via email when their package is available for pickup.
    • Please note: An email notification from the merchant (Amazon, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) does not mean the package is ready for pickup. All packages must be processed by the Mail & Print center first before distribution.
  • Mailbox use is only for enrolled students.
    • Please note: If a student has mail addressed to their mailbox for a temporary visitor or guest, it must be addressed in the care of the student to prevent it from being returned to the sender. The mailbox is not to be used for business enterprises.
  • Mail must be addressed to students using their legal name and to their assigned mailbox number. Fictitious or nicknames are not accepted as they cause a delay in delivery.

Outgoing Mail

  • Outgoing letters and small packages may be placed in the letter slot for mailing.
