As a Friend of the Shannon Center, your time and money will help support our educational and performance programming and the upkeep of our beautiful facility. Membership is possible through both financial (Patrons) and volunteer (Guild) support.
The Ruth B. Shannon Center for the Performing Arts is part of Whittier College, a non-profit organization and your donation is tax deductible.
Patrons are dedicated to supporting the arts in their community by providing monetary contributions to the Shannon Center. The annual levels of patron support are as follows:

As a Friend of the Shannon Center, you will receive Friends of the Shannon Center communications, a membership card entitling the holder to a 10% discount at California Grill, the opportunity to participate in an annual backstage tour, and listing in Shannon Center programs.
Guild members are dedicated to supporting the arts in their community by donating their time to the Shannon Center. Members of the Guild typically serve as greeters or ushers for events, as well as represent the Shannon Center in the community. To become a member of the Guild, you must serve at least 10 hours annually, which will entitle you to membership for the following year.
