Capps, who received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Whittier College and a juris doctor from UC Berkeley, is currently partner and chairman of Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell’s corporate department. He represents some of the firm’s more highly visible corporate, insurance, and banking clients.
Capps’ practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, international dispute resolution, corporate finance, and management of significant litigation.
