Kaur has over ten years of professional experience in management, leadership, and international process transitions. Her research interests include workplace diversity, fault lines, culture, positive organizational behavior, and interdisciplinary research. She teaches management and international business courses at Whittier.
Kaur earned her bachelor’s degree in English and economics from the University of Lucknow in India, and holds two master’s degrees—a master of tourism management from Indra Gandhi National Open University in India, and an MBA in global business from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee (UWM). She also received her Ph.D. in management from UWM. Kaur has worked as a visiting assistant professor of business administration at Whittier College and a lecturer at California State University, Fullerton and UWM.
In her free time, Kaur enjoys cooking, gardening, and hiking.
