As the Yao Yuan Sze fellow, Katrina Wong’s research project focused on the importance of serving the community-dwelling senior adult population of the city of Whittier. A Kinesiology and Nutrition Science major, she was named “Outstanding Senior in the Major” at this year’s Honors Convocation. Wong plans to enter the doctorate and physical therapy program at Mount St. Mary’s University.
