Congratulations to John Paniagua recent 2014 History Department graduate on a job well done being awarded the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society 2014 Nels Andrew Cleven Founder's Paper Prize in the undergraduate division.  John's paper is titled "Constructing Eden: Eugenics in California from Soil to Science."
