Alumnus David Crawford Bush ’00 was among a select group of 40 business professionals under the age of 40 who were recognized for their service and commitment to the Greater Pittsburgh community during a ceremony in October.
Presented by Pittsburgh Magazine and Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project (PUMP), the 40 Under 40 Program received more than 225 nominations this year. Winners were chosen by an independent panel of judges based on each nominee's positive contributions to the region.
Bush graduated from Whittier College with a B.A. in Political Science and is an Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager at PNC Bank. He gives back to his community by participating in projects such as Family House and Civic Light Opera. He also serves as a Trustee for The Pittsburgh Ballet Theater and is co-chair of the Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force. Just recently Bush lead a benefit concert that raised $155K for the Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force.
