Whittier College has been included in the 2014 edition of The Fiske Guide to Colleges, which features 300 of the "best and most interesting" colleges and universities in the U.S., Canada, and Great Britain.
Compiled by former New York Times education editor Edward B. Fiske, the guide takes a selective, subjective, and systematic look at each of the featured institutions.
Inclusion in the guide is based on a broad range of factors, including student body, academics, social life, financial aid, campus setting, housing, food, and extracurricular activities.
This is the third year in a row that Whittier has been included in The Fisk Guide to Colleges.
