NASA IPSMI Summer Research Fellowship

Breadcrumb

Supported by a grant through NASA, this opportunity provides students with a chance to work with instruments on campus and in space that measure common components of local air pollution.

These sensors have been operating on the roof of the Science and Learning Center since 2023 and provide a wealth of information on local air quality. Students also have the opportunity to continue working on their projects during the academic year as paid student researchers and present their work at a conference contingent on satisfactory performance and continued availability of funds.
