A new HBO documentary chronicling actress Faye Dunaway's rise and fall has people talking.

For Newsweek, multiple experts weighed in on the film Faye to talk about the star’s controversies in movies like Mommie Dearest and Chinatown, mental health, and more. Whittier College Social Psychology Professor Christina Scott discussed the industry’s double standards with the outlet.

"While male Hollywood stars are granted some leeway for being abrupt, angry, outspoken or demanding, such behaviors are still viewed as 'unfeminine,'" Scott said to Newsweek.
