Asian and comparative philosophy
Professor Paul Kjellberg joined Whittier in 1993. He specializes in Chinese Philosophy and also works in Greek and German traditions. His research has focused on the Chinese philosopher Zhuangzi and he co-edited the volume Skepticism, Relativism, and Ethics in The Zhuangzi. Recently his interests have broadened to include philosophy of education, American pragmatism, and the Quaker tradition.
