After an outstanding season on the course, Whittier’s cross country athletes have been recognized for their academic achievements. With a combined GPA of 3.23, the women’s team earned the Division III All-Academic status, which was announced by the United States Cross Country Track & Field Coaches Association. Not falling behind, the men’s team was also recognized as one of the teams achieving a GPA of 3.0 or above.
