Whittier College athletics had an eventful weekend to kick-off March. Women’s water polo went undefeated as they competed at the Claremont Convergence. The competition was split into two parts. On day one, the Poets came out on top winning against St. Francis (11-7) and Fresno Pacific (15-10). The second half of the competition saw a nail biting match against Sonoma State University. The Purple and Gold came out on top (13-12) and later won another clincher against Concordia (12-13).
