Five panels of the AIDS Memorial Quilt are on exhibit on the first floor of the Bonnie Bell Wardman Library at Whittier College. The display is part of Whittier's AIDS Awareness Week. Other events are scheduled including a talk by Helen Epstein, author of The Invisible Cure: Africa, The West, and the Fight Against AIDS. The author will speak about her work with people with AIDS in Africa in the Ruth B. Shannon Center for the Performing Arts on November 3.
