The Fifth Dimension, a program delivered by a team of 13 Whittier College students and the Boys and Girls Club of Whittier (BGCW) was recently featured in the Whittier Daily News. The program is unique for its engagement of local youth through the use of technology to enhance cognitive as well as social development and has already had noticeable impact. The partnership has proven both purposeful for Whittier College students and beneficial to developing pride and self-worth in first-through-seventh grade students at BGCW.
