4 to 6 p.m. | Poet Experience: Whittier First. Whittier Always. Poets Forever | A.J. Villalobos and Zoom
Brought to you by the Alumni Association Board of Directors. Learn about the current state of the College and Whittier moving forward. Featuring special guest speakers, including President Linda Oubré, Alumni Board President, Vice President / Dean of Students, presentations from the Center for Career & Professional Development, Admission, and Whittier Innovates, along with networking opportunities.
5 p.m. | Class of 1962 60th Reunion Virtual Gathering | Zoom
This will be a fun virtual event hosted by the 1962 committee. Register in advance - the first 20 alumni to register will receive a special memento in the mail in time for the virtual reunion!
6 p.m. to 10 p.m. | Poet Drag Show & Foodie Fest | Harris Amphitheater | $10 general admission, Free for WC students
Join us for a fun evening that includes a drag show, music, food, and vendors.
Produced by Whittier College students, the Poet Drag Show is a safe, brave, & educational space that is open to the Whittier College community including students, staff, faculty, alumni, and family members.
Local performers will hold a meet & greet prior to showtime. The show kicks off at 7:30 p.m. All show proceeds will be donated to the Pride Endowed Scholarship to support LGBTQ students and allies at Whittier College.
Admission fee does not include food or shopping.
