You can access all of the Library's electronic resources, including our research databases, online journals, and eBooks from off-campus. The best way to get to these resources is through the Library's website with the links below and our online catalog. Any link to a database or journal on these sites will redirect patrons to log in using your My Whittier username and password. After you successfully log in, you will be able to view the article or online resources just as if you were on-campus or in the Library.
dubSearch dubSearch is Wardman Library’s “discovery layer,” and allows users to perform a single search that includes the records for all media collections in the Library (e.g., physical books, e-books, DVDs and video, full-text scholarly journal articles, and newspapers).
Library Catalog Use the Library Catalog to search for physical books, electronic books, and DVDs held by Wardman Library.
eBook Collection (EBSCOhost) If you’re interested only in Wardman Library’s electronic book collection, the vast majority of which are available to multiple, simultaneous users 24 hours a day, then use the eBook Collection database.
Global Environmental Justice Collection Faculty members from distinguished colleges and universities have selected over 40 environmental justice documentaries and writing teaching guides. The subjects range from the hidden costs of fast fashion in Asia and forest preservation in Tibet to inner-city environmental issues in the US. Together these films promote understanding of the link between environmental issues and human rights and they support the search for solutions to complex global problems.
Kanopy licensed titles The Library has licensed a select list of films from Kanopy.
Swank Digital Campus licensed titles The Library has worked with Swank Digital Campus to provide limited access to popular, recent, or classic films from the major movie studios.
Databases A-Z The Databases A-Z page includes links to all of the databases to which Wardman Library subscribes, arranged alphabetically and also by subject.
Journal Titles A-Z Use the Journal Titles A-Z list to determine whether Wardman Library subscribes to a given journal (or to see if a given journal is part of one of the Library’s databases). The Journal Titles A-Z list includes both paper-based and electronic journals.

LINK+ If Wardman Library does not have a book or our copy is checked out, you can use LINK+ to request from one of our partner libraries.
