There is a full staff of admission counselors, financial aid counselors, and admission ambassadors available to work with you and your family. Each admission counselor is assigned to work with students from specific territories. We travel to many states, a few countries, and nearly 600 high schools, spreading the Whittier word. Your admission counselors will be the "first reader" of your file and will assist you throughout the application process, ultimately "presenting you" to the selection committee. So we encourage you to contact your counselor and become his or her positive partner throughout the Whittier admission process.
And if you have questions or concerns about how to afford a Whittier education, our financial aid staff is similarly available to help you navigate the possibilities for financial assistance. Remember, 87% of our students receive some form of aid and we are here to assist you in obtaining whatever you may be eligible to receive in order to attend Whittier College.
