Apply to become a Diversity Ambassador (DA) and support the daily function of the Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI). Diversity Ambassadors assist in the planning and implementation of programs that promote awareness, advocacy, and critical dialogues on social issues within the Whittier College community. The Black Student Association (BSA) is an empowering experience in the Whittier College community by serving as the primary advocacy organization for Black students. The club represents Black students in political matters and to act as chief liaison between Black students and the University’s Administration. As an organization of young, black, educated students, organized for a joint purpose, they strive to connect with other students of color on campus and to bring unity within our community by elevating involvement through general meetings, fellowship, programs, community service, and support.

The organization strives to create a space for students of the Caribbean diaspora to connect with their culture away from home. As a club, they intend on sharing their culture with the community in hopes that others will acknowledge their existence and adore their culture for what it is.

The purpose of this club is to create a space for students to creatively express themselves through different forms of dance. The teams performs on campus during sport and campus events upon request and will perform the annual Dance Team Showcase held during the Spring semester.
