WHAT: "The Tempest," presented by The Magic Beans

WHEN: Sunday, April 2nd at 8 p.m.

COST: $8 (discounts available for students and seniors)

ADD: The Magic Beans--Whittier College's theater ensemble for young audiences--will present an abridged version of Shakespeare's "The Tempest."

"The Tempest" is the story of Prospero and his daughter Miranda, who are stranded on a deserted island because of Prospero's brother Antonio, and the King of Naples, Alonso. This story of spirits and magic is sure to be enjoyable for the entire family.

The Magic Beans have proven themselves as a first-rate children's theater ensemble with such productions as "The King Stag," "The Bremen Town Musicians," and their annual holiday show.
