WHAT: "Stars of the Lawrence Welk Show," starring Big Tiny Little and Joe Feeney
Discovered by Lawrence Welk and called "...one of the best pianists around" by Daily Variety, Big Tiny Little has been wowing audiences with his exciting and upbeat piano playing since the age of six.
Joining Big Tiny Little on stage will be Joe Feeney, one of America's favorite tenors. Feeney--chosen by Welk for a guest appearance in 1956--became a featured soloist on the weekly television show for over 26 years. He has performed for five American Presidents, given three Carnegie Hall performances and has performed for Pope John Paul at the Vatican in Rome.
For fans of the "Lawrence Welk Show," or for those being introduced to these fantastic performers for the first time, this is sure to be an exciting night of jazz and ragtime.
