Alumni Strategic Initiatives, 2012 - 2015

In May of 2010, the Alumni Board of Directors unanimously voted to make radical changes to its structure, with a plan to more closely align its ongoing work with the goals of the College in general, and the Alumni Relations Program specifically. Following, several new working committees were formed to address six targeted needs, or strategic initiatives.

Since that time, this guiding document has been  reviewed, refined, and as of last fall, adopted by the current Alumni Board of Directors, with a goal to implement these initiatives fully by 2015.

Under the Association Bylaws the committees that will tackle these initiatives are chaired by elected Board Members. Participation on any committee, however, is open to all interested members of the Whittier College Alumni Association, regardless of class year and geographical location.
