OUR SERVICES

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for registration, graduation, safeguarding the accuracy, integrity and security of each and every student academic record, counseling students regarding academic concerns, and maintaining and analyzing statistical data and other information about the College.

The Office of the Registrar is committed to providing the most effective, efficient and highest quality of service without compromising institutional, professional or legal standards.

The Office of the Registrar exists to serve the Whittier College community and to assist others in understanding that community. To serve the College well, we must strive to be sensitive to the needs of our students, faculty, staff, and public, to acquire a complete understanding of College policies and procedures, and to treat each individual with fairness, respect, and courtesy. And through technology, we strive to improve office procedures that provide efficient service to all customers through the most effective use of staff and resources.
