Transcripts

The Office of the Registrar sends official transcripts of students' academic records. Transcripts are sent only upon a student's written authorization. Transcripts carry a fee of $5.00 payable upon submission of the request. Transcripts will be withheld for any student who has outstanding financial obligations to the College.  Transcripts will also be withheld for any student who has an administrative hold on his or her record. 

The Whittier College Registrar's Office is no longer able to accept credit cards as payment for transcripts.  Individuals wishing to use credit cards for transcript payment should use the new online transcript ordering service listed below. Transcript orders for which cash and check payments will be used must be submitted directly to the Registrar's Office.

NEW ONLINE TRANSCRIPT ORDERING SERVICE

Whittier College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web.  You can order transcripts using any major credit card.  Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

-  To order an official transcript(s), login to the Clearinghouse secure site.

-  The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees.  You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.  A processing fee will be charged per recipient.

-  Order updates will be emailed to you.  You can also track your order online.
