Meet the HR Staff

Jan Merideth, Director of Human Resources, oversees all the activities performed by the Office of Human Resources, including recruitment, benefits administration, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, training, policy development, and employee recognition programs. Jan holds a double masters degree from Webster University in Management and Human Resource Development.

Martiza Magallanes, Benefits Manager, will be happy to assist you with all your benefits to include medical, dental, vision, retirement, flexible spending, COBRA and FMLA. Martiza, has a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cal State Fullerton.  She is a member of Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).

Beth Munday, Student Employment Coordinator, will be happy to assist you with all hiring procedures for Student Employment. She can also help you with student time-sheets. Beth can assist you in Student Employment job postings as well as answer questions on the bi-weekly student web-entry timesheets.
