Staff Resources
The community of Whittier College functions in large part due to the efforts of the College's staff, who are responsible for its daily business operations, student services, new student recruitment, fundraising, and other vital components. To ensure satisfaction in employment, the College participates in benefits programs, scheduled performance evaluations, planned College holidays, and employee recognition programs*.
