First-year students work with the Center for Advising and Academic Success (CAAS) to register for courses during the summer before the start of the semester.
This provides first-year students with the ability to work closely with a peer advisor and professional staff member to select the appropriate course schedule for their first semester. Registration also happens early so that students have the opportunity to thoroughly think about their class choices.
Students are welcome to visit CAAS throughout their academic career to obtain additional information on exploring majors and academic policies, and receive academic resources.
